Belting grinder MOST JSG 150

Professional stationery belt grinders for grinding on endless belts (made of coated abrasive cloth) and polishing. Perfect for rough grinding, edge finishing, peripheral grinding of carbon steel, stainless steel, wood and plastics.

Standard equipment includes: grinding belts MOST ZIRCONIUM (made of zirconia woven cloth), available at 5 granulations (36, 40, 60, 80,120).

Universal belts MOST ZIRCONIUM/CORUNDUM
With zirconium grains (blue) or corundum (brown), on heavy polyester Y-type. Stand out due to their long service life and high stock removal rate. For treatment of carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum. Zirconium grains available at granulation up to P120. Smaller granulation available only with corundum grains.

High-efficiency belts MOST ZIRCONIUM HD
With zirconium grains (green) on extra heavy polyester YY-type. Additional top layer for cooling during the grinding process, providing extended life time. High stock removal rate. Perfect for rough grinding, stripping and edge beveling. Particularly useful for processing of: stainless steel, high-alloyed steel, nickel alloy, cobalt and titanium. Available at granulation up to P120.

Belts made of abrasive cloth MOST FVV HD
Composed of grains evenly coated on synthetic fiber cloth. Dedicated for light treatment works and polishing of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and plastics. Perfect for cleaning, grating, satin finishing, polishing, discoloration removal, etc. Particularly useful for precious steel finishing. Available at four granulations: coarse, medium, very fine and super fine.
